Born from practice.
For 22 years I taught at all levels of public school. As a teacher for inclusive education and a trained learning therapist, I am deeply aware that people learn well when they feel safe and are met where they stand. With their story, at their pace. This insight still carries my work today.
Since 2019 I have been working exclusively in adult education. At Caritas Central Switzerland, I was first Pedagogical Lead in the programme "School and Job Training", later as Head of Education and member of the extended executive board. I led specialist teams, developed work-agogic processes and experienced daily how much time and energy goes into documentation that should actually benefit people.
When ChatGPT went public in autumn 2022, I asked myself a concrete question: How can AI reduce this burden while fully preserving data protection, professional standards and values?
From this question, valid-g was born.
Today I am a member of the executive board at SmartTalk Lucerne and a lecturer at the Institute for Work Agogy (ifa) in the areas of AI and reading and writing skills. I support organisations where I have worked myself: in work integration, in education, at the intersection of people and processes.
AI excites me because it can genuinely relieve professionals. I deploy it with judgement and values, not for the sake of technology.

Learning & Learning therapy
22 years in public schools at all levels. As a trained learning therapist (ILT), I know how people learn and what blocks them. This knowledge still underpins my work today.
Work agogy & Education
7 years in work integration. I know the language, the processes and the pressure points: from disability insurance reports to employment service concepts to work-agogic learning environments and specialist teams.
AI & Responsible AI
Intensive engagement with AI since 2022. Concept development for data-protection-compliant AI introduction, workshop facilitation and lecturer at the Institute for Work Agogy.

The Inner Development Goals (IDG) are the compass of my work. As co-author of the Playbook Outdoor Andragogy (chapter "Inner Development Goals and Outdoor Andragogy", 2025), I introduced this approach to the international adult education community.
IDG describes which inner capabilities people need to tackle the great challenges of our time: self-awareness, complexity tolerance, empathy, collaboration, agency. Exactly what responsible AI use also demands.
